The interior is very beautiful, and the service is fast. You can order from the regular menu or choose an all-you-can-eat package—the main thing is to finish everything they bring you. Everything was very fresh and delicious. The rolls were on the smaller side, but I actually see that as a plus because it allows you to try many different kinds without getting too full. The only thing I would change is the menu. I would love to see photos of the dishes instead of just descriptions, as it would make choosing what to order much easier. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back!

Has become our new go to for sushi. The rolls and appetizers are good. The service is typically quick. The cowboy roll is my favorite. We wish that had more cooked options that weren't deep fried. Each time we've went there was atleast a 45 minute wait. Clean establishment

I came here on a week night. The restaurant has a menu for a la carte and a unlimited menu. I choose the all you can eat since I had a long day and built up a good appetite. To my surprise all the fish was very fresh and delicious. I can't speak for the a la carte menu, but the all you can eat menu the sashimi portions were perfect tasting size. So you don't need to worry about not being able to try multiple things. The rolls were regular size and would probably fill you up in 2 or 3 rolls. The service was great. I sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive and provided excellent service.

We really enjoyed coming here and we will be back! This time I will go in reverse and do the negatives first and then the positives. The negatives are: there are many rolls on the menu.... But if you break it down there really isn't that much variety. Your choices are basically crab or fish... And must have cream cheese which ....yuck. The difference in the roles basically is the toppings some have yum yum some have spicy mustard some have an abundance of spicy imitation crab in too much mayonnaise. That was the biggest problem we had here... The volcano roll and anything else with the spicy crab had way too much mayonnaise and no crab flavor. I mean it's basically white fish but it should have tasted like crab at least a little bit. Also I think there should be some better sashimi deals here. Absolutely loves shimi I wish there was more things with eel. But I think most of the roll are just about the toppings.. they're just configured differently on the menu but most of them are pretty much the same thing. Now for the positives: comfortable seating, attentive staff, impressive drink menu... But it was the appetizers that we loved. The scallop was king. And of course my wife liked

I had a fantastic experience at Sushi Yama and wanted to share a few highlights. For just $22, the all-you-can-eat lunch is an incredible value. The restaurant is spotless, and the attention to hygiene and sanitation is evident throughout. Every dish coming out of the kitchen was beautifully presented, clearly made with fresh ingredients, and full of flavor. You can tell care goes into both the preparation presentation & nutrition of the food. The waitstaff were attentive, polite, and really knowledgeable. They were happy to help guide us through the menu and made sure we had everything we needed. A quick note: portion sizes are very generous, so come hungry. The restaurant does charge for food waste, which is completely fair given the quality and quantity they offer. I also tried the hibachi chicken and was impressed—great flavor and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Sushi Yama for a satisfying and well-rounded meal.
